1. Tabba Kidney Institute
Scope: Network Routing & Switching, Database Installation, Server Infrastructure, Active Directory, CCTV Surveillance, Email & File Servers, Firewall, Wi-Fi Zones, and 3D Laparoscopic Surgery Setup
Infocis Pakistan proudly led a comprehensive IT infrastructure project for Tabba Kidney Institute, aiming to establish a secure, smart, and technologically advanced healthcare environment. Our work spanned physical network design, server implementation, data security, and real-time clinical support systems — culminating in full readiness for advanced 3D laparoscopic surgical procedures.
Network Routing & Switching
We deployed a high-performance routing and switching solution across the entire facility. This included backbone fiber links, access layer switches, and VLAN-based segmentation to provide secure and efficient connectivity between departments, operating theaters, and administrative units.
Enterprise-Grade Server & Database Configuration
Oracle-based database servers and file storage infrastructure were installed and configured to support mission-critical applications, including electronic medical records (EMR), diagnostic systems, and custom healthcare software. A centralized Active Directory environment was also implemented for user and policy management.
CCTV Surveillance & Security
An IP-based CCTV surveillance system was installed throughout the facility, ensuring patient safety and hospital security. Strategic placement of cameras along with centralized monitoring provided real-time coverage of sensitive zones.
Email & File Servers
Secure, self-hosted email and file storage servers were configured to facilitate internal communication and document handling, with backup and access controls in place.
Firewall & Wi-Fi Zones
A next-generation firewall system was implemented for network security, intrusion prevention, and bandwidth control. Enterprise-grade Wi-Fi zones were set up to support doctors, staff, and patient access with separate SSIDs and authentication layers.
3D Laparoscopic Surgery Setup
To support advanced 3D laparoscopic surgical procedures, we deployed a dedicated high-speed network segment connecting surgical equipment, imaging devices, and displays in the operating theater. Our configuration enabled seamless integration with live visualization systems, providing real-time 3D imaging for surgeons, improving depth perception, accuracy, and precision during complex urological surgeries.
Outcome:
The result of this multi-layered deployment was a modern, connected, and technologically advanced medical facility. With enhanced digital infrastructure and real-time surgical support systems, Tabba Kidney Institute is now fully equipped to handle next-generation treatments like 3D laparoscopic surgeries — backed by secure communication, robust networking, and reliable IT support from Infocis Pakistan.
2. Patel Hospital
Infocis Pakistan proudly delivered a full-scale IT infrastructure and virtualization solution for Patel Hospital, one of Karachi’s most trusted healthcare institutions. The project encompassed the design and deployment of a state-of-the-art network infrastructure, centralized server virtualization, and advanced physical security systems to support hospital-wide operations.
Network Infrastructure
We implemented a structured, high-speed LAN/WAN environment, utilizing enterprise-grade switches and routers to ensure reliable, uninterrupted connectivity across departments. Proper network segmentation, redundancy, and secure routing protocols were configured to optimize data flow and support sensitive hospital systems.
Server Virtualization & Data Center
A fully functional data center was set up within the hospital, equipped with redundant power, cooling, and security. Using VMware ESXi and Hyper-V, we virtualized multiple physical servers — including database servers, file storage, AD servers, email systems, and PACS servers (shared infrastructure also used in Tabba Kidney Institute). This not only reduced hardware dependency but also enhanced system reliability, scalability, and disaster recovery readiness.
Hand Punch Machines (Biometric Attendance)
To digitize and secure employee attendance, we deployed hand punch biometric machines across multiple entry points. These devices are integrated with a central database to manage shifts, access logs, and real-time reporting for HR and admin teams.
Fingerprint-Based Door Access
High-security zones such as the data center, pharmacy, and records room were equipped with fingerprint-based electronic door locks. This ensures that only authorized personnel can access restricted areas, enhancing both physical and data security.
3. Salik Hospital
Scope: Complete Network Infrastructure, HMIS Implementation (Oracle-Based), CCTV Surveillance & VOIP System
Infocis Pakistan delivered a full-cycle IT and software deployment project for Salik Hospital, starting entirely from scratch. The objective was to design, implement, and deploy a secure, scalable, and high-performance infrastructure that would support both clinical and administrative operations seamlessly.
Network Infrastructure (From Ground Up)
Our team planned and executed the entire network infrastructure for Salik Hospital, including structured cabling, rack management, switch & router configuration, VLAN segmentation, and secure routing protocols. The setup ensured reliable communication across all hospital departments, with high-speed data transfer and centralized management.
Oracle-Based HMIS Implementation
A comprehensive Hospital Management Information System (HMIS) was implemented using Oracle technology. The system covered patient registration, outpatient & inpatient management, laboratory, pharmacy, billing, radiology, and reporting modules — all fully customized to Salik Hospital’s operational flow. This solution brought digital transformation to their healthcare delivery.
CCTV Surveillance System
To enhance on-site security and patient safety, we installed an advanced IP-based CCTV Surveillance System, strategically covering entrances, corridors, wards, and critical zones. Real-time monitoring and video archiving were enabled through centralized NVR systems.
VOIP System Deployment
An enterprise-grade VOIP communication system was deployed to ensure smooth internal and external voice communication. This included IP phone setup, extension management, call routing, and voicemail services — enabling a professional, cost-effective telephony environment throughout the facility.
Outcome:
Through this turnkey project, Infocis Pakistan transformed Salik Hospital’s IT environment from the ground up. The result was a fully digitized, secure, and reliable ecosystem, enabling efficient operations, enhanced patient care, and future-ready scalability for growth.
4. SIUT – Sindh Institute of Urology and Transplantation
Scope: Live Surgical Conference Setup, Two-Way Audio/Video Communication, Real-Time Surgical Streaming, & Robotic Surgery Integration with Civil Hospital
Project Overview:
Infocis Pakistan executed a groundbreaking project at SIUT, combining live surgical conferencing with robotic surgery integration, enabling remote surgical collaboration and education. The initiative not only allowed real-time participation in ongoing procedures but also connected SIUT with Civil Hospital Karachi to perform and monitor advanced robotic surgeries.
Robotic Surgery – Inter-Hospital Connectivity
A highly sophisticated robotic surgery system was configured at SIUT, with a dedicated, secure network tunnel connecting it to Civil Hospital. This setup enabled surgeons at Civil to remotely control or collaborate on robotic procedures taking place at SIUT, allowing for a revolutionary step in Pakistan’s surgical field. The robotic console, control interface, and patient-side robot were all synchronized with zero-delay responsiveness through a high-speed fiber network.
Live Surgical Video Streaming
Multiple high-definition cameras were installed in the operating theater to capture various views — including laparoscopic feeds, overhead shots, and close-up visuals — all streamed live in Full HD. The stream was broadcast to auditoriums, conference rooms, and remote participants through encrypted channels.
Two-Way Audio/Video Communication
An advanced AV system enabled real-time dialogue between the surgical team and medical audiences. Interactive sessions were held where questions could be asked and answered live, without disrupting the surgical flow. The setup included HD video conferencing systems, beam-forming mics, ceiling speakers, and digital mixers.
Dedicated Network Infrastructure
To support high-resolution streaming and robotic data transmission, we deployed a dedicated network infrastructure with QoS protocols, secure VPN tunnels, backup internet lines, and optimized bandwidth. This ensured stable connectivity for real-time control and flawless audio/video performance.
Recording & Academic Use
All sessions, including robotic procedures and conferences, were professionally recorded, stored on centralized servers, and made available for academic purposes, case reviews, and institutional archives.
Outcome:
Through this pioneering deployment, Infocis Pakistan enabled SIUT to host Pakistan’s first-of-its-kind live robotic surgical conference, fostering innovation in telemedicine, remote surgical training, and academic sharing. The successful connection between SIUT and Civil Hospital set a benchmark in the use of technology for advanced healthcare.
5. Sama Engineering
Scope: Complete Network Infrastructure Setup, Private Cloud Storage with Nextcloud, & CCTV Surveillance System
Project Overview:
Infocis Pakistan successfully delivered a full-fledged IT infrastructure project for Sama Engineering, a well-established industrial packaging company in Pakistan. The objective was to modernize their operational IT environment by providing a robust, secure, and centralized digital infrastructure to support both their production floor and administrative units.
Network Infrastructure Deployment
From scratch, we designed and implemented a structured and scalable network infrastructure across Sama Engineering’s offices and factory areas. The setup included structured cabling, enterprise-grade switches, routers, rack mounting, VLAN segmentation, and firewall configuration. This ensured secure internal communication, seamless file transfers, and network reliability across departments.
Nextcloud-Based Private File Server
To enhance internal collaboration and secure file sharing, we deployed a Nextcloud-based private cloud server. This allowed the organization to store, access, and share files across departments with full control, without relying on third-party cloud platforms. Role-based access controls, file synchronization, remote access, and encrypted sharing were enabled for enhanced productivity and data security.
CCTV Surveillance System
We installed a comprehensive IP-based CCTV surveillance system covering all critical points — including production areas, storage units, entry/exit zones, and offices. The system included high-resolution cameras, NVR setup, remote viewing access, motion-based recording, and 24/7 monitoring capabilities, ensuring workplace security and compliance.

The integrated solution delivered by Infocis Pakistan significantly boosted Sama Engineering’s operational efficiency, data security, and internal communications. With a modern network backbone, secure cloud-based collaboration, and around-the-clock surveillance, the client now operates in a digitally secure and agile environment — ready for growth and scalability.
